We are so incredibly grateful for the love and community support we’ve received from so many of you in light of yesterday's notice of temporary closure in order to allow us to put the health and safety of our community first. You can bet that as soon as we are able, our studios will be back up and running and #strongerthanyesterday.
In the meantime, we understand that right now you may have questions regarding your passes and we wanted to communicate with you as soon as possible to bring clarity on this front.
Class Packages (5, 10, 15, & 20 Rides)
These packages do not have an expiration date within our company and will be waiting for you to book classes with as soon as our doors are open.
Unlimited Passes (1 month, 6 months, 1 year)
If you currently have an unlimited pass with us, consider it paused as of yesterday. Once you come in for your first ride back at the studio, we will add the time off back onto your pass.
Contract Memberships (6 month, 1 year)
All contracts will be frozen and all auto-payments will be paused (not canceled) until the studio is back and ready to re-open.
While our team works to create a company strategy in the coming weeks, we ask that all refund requests be temporarily put on hold. Our team will be happy to work with any refund inquiries on a case by case basis once our studios are open again.
